1 Corinthians 13 defines the true meaning of love; Love is patient. Love is kind. Love does not envy. Love does not boast. Love is not proud. Love does not dishonor others. Love is not self-seeking. Love is not easily angered. Love keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects. Love always trusts. Love always hopes. Love always perseveres. Love never fails.
If it fails, it wasn’t love. Simply because love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful and endures through every circumstance.
Our God is love. The shape of true love isn’t a diamond but a cross. The best way to find love is to find God. Lord we thank you for loving us. Thank you for always being there for us. Thank you for loving us at our darkest. Thank you for always taking care of us.
Love God deeply. Love people deeply. Love yourself deeply. It is the greatest achievement for any human being.
