The worst decision is indecision. Being paralyzed by indecision is worse than making the wrong decision. There is no substitute for a clear vision and a decisive direction. You can’t grow if you don’t trust your inner voice. You can never succeed unless you take action.
If you can’t make mistakes, you can’t make decisions. It’s better to learn through a mistake, than to do nothing and guarantee failure. Do not be afraid to make a decision and then follow through on it. Sometimes you have to make mistakes to figure out how to make things right. Mistakes are painful but they are the only way to find out the reality. It’s not how we make mistakes, but how we correct them that defines us. Focus on what to do next instead of worrying about what went wrong.
Become a decisive person, and you will accomplish a lot more with less effort. Learn from your mistakes, correct the ones you can and continue being decisive. Do not be afraid of yourself. Do not be overly concerned about errors. No one learns to hear from God without making mistakes. If you believe it right, then do it. That is how you will find out for sure.
