When God wants you to grow, he makes you uncomfortable. Growth is painful but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.
With everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose. You just have to remember that you can never be where God is not.
When God wants to make a mushroom, he does it overnight, but when he wants to make a giant oak, he takes a hundred years.
Great souls are grown through struggles, storms and seasons of suffering. Everything you are experiencing at this moment, whatever it is, it is exactly what you need for your personal growth. Be patient with the process. Trust it.
